About MQ Property Management

From a simple beginning managing a single property, MQ Property Management has grown to represent over two dozen entities in the prime New York City neighborhoods of Tribeca, SOHO and Greenwich Village.  We specialize in co-ops, condos and condo-ops with separate LLCs or entities holding commercial space.  Our knowledge and experience with the intricacies of the downtown markets we serve spans over three decades.

The two principals, Bob Milan and Carol Quatrone, are native New Yorkers with over a half century of combined experience in the New York real estate business.  The management company emerged from a collaboration between our successful independent brokerage businesses.  We realized  most property managers provided little or no service to smaller loft and residential buildings.  This clientele was our focus and to better serve them we began to manage their properties.

Subsequently, we have taken on larger buildings with more complex operational requirements, all the while adhering to our core philosophy of  superior personalized service and  hands-on management.    This emphasis on our clients’ satisfaction has allowed us to grow and take on new accounts only by referral from our current client base.

Providing excellent service has been our greatest marketing tool.


About The Principals

Bob Milan has been a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker since 1982 and purchased his first property in 1983.  Bob has directed numerous conversions in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs.  Over the course of his career he has been involved in design, construction, marketing and management.  Bob continues to own and operate his own properties and is our operations specialist.  With an intimate knowledge of the full range of building facilities, he oversees the health of the physical plant of the buildings we manage.

Carol Quatrone has been a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker for over 20 years. Carol's specialization has been in loft sales, rentals, and management in downtown Manhattan. She has owned and managed her own properties since 1988. In addition to her participation in day to day operations, Carol oversees the administrative aspect of the business. Her responsibilities include the fiscal health of the buildings we manage and compliance with the multitude of regulatory requirements.
